Shipping + Returns

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days unless for items on pre-order and are sent via Australia Post standard or express delivery. A tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Australian orders have a flat rate standard shipping fee of $9.00.

Australian orders have a flat rate express shipping fee of $13.00.

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes things happen. We offer refunds on any item as long as it is returned in its original saleable condition with packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note however we are unable to reimburse postage costs incurred.

If an item is returned, we recommend using insured registered post and keep proof of postage. We cannot refund items damaged or lost during return transit.

Our items have specific care instructions which are listed within the product description online and also on the care label. We are therefore unable to provide a refund for an item where instructions have not been followed. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the manufacturing techniques used throughout the process there may be variations in fabric weave, texture and print design. Please note that we will not offer returns for these variations.

Please email us with return item details prior to posting the item and we will provide you with a return address.
